Annie Margarita's Oil Painting Class
Join Annie on her patio to oil painting on Friday mornings. Class is 6 weeks and starts October 28th, 2011 from 9am to 1pm. There is no class Thanksgiving Weekend.
Supply List needed for Oil Painting Class:
Portable Easel (French preferred),
Canvas Boards (8 x 10 or 9 x 12, 2 per class),
Paper Towels,
Medium size Painting/Mixing Knife,
Students have an option of Oil or Acrylic Paint,
Paint Supplies for Acrylic:
Water container,
Gold or White Nylon Brushes - Filberts #2, 4, 6, 8;
Paint Supplies for Oil:
Gamsol or Turpinoid (not odorless paint thinner or turpentine),
Leak proof container to hold above.
Paint Thinner;
White Oil Bristle Brushes (Filberts #2, 4, 6, 8);
Colors of Paint:
Titanium White,
Cadmium Yellow Light,
Yellow Ochre,
Cadmium Red Light,
Venetian Red,
Alizarin Crimson,
Ultramarine Blue,
Phalo Blue, and
Viridian
